Instruction for Candidates or Important Notes:
All candidates have to remain present 30 minutes before commencement of counseling at venue and till announcement and conclusion of counseling if any candidate leaves the hall he/she loose claim of any seat
If candidates could not come in person then authorize person can come with proper authority letter will be considered for counseling
The parents and relatives of the candidates are barred for entry in the hall
The candidates must have completed inter-ship before the date of counseling. Such Candidate should have to produce full intership completion certificate at the time of counseling, failing which candidate will not be eligible for admission
Candidate must bring all the original documents with following sequence and same should kept in one big envelop. merit no. full name full permanent address mobile number with all other details should be mention on envelop.
For M.Sc. Nursing Course

- Attempt certificate
- Experience certificate
- Caste certificate
- Non-creamy Layer certificate
- School Leaving certificate
- certificate of completion of PG Course (if applicable)
- certificate of college recongnition by INC
For MPT Course
- Mark sheet all year
- Attempt certificate
- Internship Completion certificate
- Caste certificate
- Non-creamy Layer certificate
- School Leaving certificate
- certificate of completion of PG Course (if applicable)
For M.Opto. Course:
- Mark sheet all year
- Attempt certificate
- Internship Completion certificate

Verification of all the original documents will be done before counselling any candidate failed to produce any original document as require by admission commitee will not be included for admission process. the envelope containing all original documents will be kept by the admission commitee if candidaets will get the admission in any branch.
The candidates should come with Rs. 50,000/- in Cash
- As a part of university fee
- Tution Fee of Rs.25,000/- in cash
